Episode 6 is the confession the whole show has been teasing. In a pavilion above the clouds, under blossoming trees, Angel admits it: yes, she does it too. Angels share mana to keep from starving. It is a duty, and she is not supposed to enjoy it. Then she leans in with the line that changes everything: 'But with you, I'd want to try it for real.' William wants the same.

Her kiss is sweeter than he imagined, and before long the white lace and the shyness are both gone. When it is over, Angel is literally glowing, golden marks swirling across her skin. Too much mana, she guesses, the same way Asmodea got her wings back. She swears she is fine, more than fine, and the view did not hurt. But walking back hand in hand, they run straight into a golden-crowned archangel, and those new marks are impossible to hide.
